Eugene G. Rapp

My name is Eugene G. Rapp, the founder of this site. I’m a band member of several bands, and that is the basis of founding this site.

 We want to hold your hand as an upcoming artist or a band member to give you insights on what you need to have a successful band, irrespective of the challenges you may experience. We are mentors in youth bands.

Mission

To demystify myths and traditions surrounding youth bands and ensure we have many youths engaging in social and economic development bands.

Vision

We want to have an all-inclusive band that consists of the youths that have what it takes to bring a crowd to a standing ovation through heart-thrilling music performance.
